Looks like Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin have learnt their lesson.
After being accused of skipping out on a bill, the two friends had their credit cards at the ready as they enjoyed a dinner at Pearl’s Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California, on Tuesday night.
Spending big and tipping big, the teenage models documented their night out with a host of photo booth snaps.
No dine and dash: Kendall Jenner (R) and Hailey Baldwin had dinner at Pearl’s Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California, on Tuesday and made sure to pay their bill
Joined by 17-year-old Hailey’s father Stephen Baldwin, the group did not let their last restaurant scandal – when the girls were accused of running out on a bill and being rude to a waitress – stop them from ordering big.
A source tells the MailOnline the group were spotted tucking into raw oysters, lollipop lamb chops and lobster ravioli.
And they made sure there were no issues with the bill leaving a generous tip, the source said.
TMZ reports Kendall picked up the impressive $554 tab and tipped $160 – well above the usual 20 per cent given for good service.
On Wednesday, Kendall denied reports that she and Hailey threw money at a waitress who tracked them down after they failed to pay their bill at a restaurant in New York last week.
Strike a pose: The best pals couldn’t resist getting in front of the camera
I got this: Kendall picked up the $554 tab and left a 30 per cent tip
She took to Twitter to defend herself: ‘These rumors r absolutely ridiculous! I would never throw money in anyone’s face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that [sic],’ she wrote, with Hailey quickly retweeting it.
The reality star added: ‘Said it once and I’ll say it again, don’t believe everything you read!’
Now a fresh report by TMZ claims that Kendall is so outraged by waitress Blaine Morris’s version of events that she is threatening to sue her.
The website says they have obtained legal papers filed by Kendall’s lawyer and legal heavyweight Marty Singer, who explains what actually materialised.
Only the best will do: The pair tucked into a feast of raw oysters, lollipop lamb chops and lobster ravioli with Hailey’s actor father Stephen Baldwin
Wise words: Kendall shared a photo of a sign at the eatery on her Instagram page during the meal
According to Singer, the girls made an honest mistake and forgot to pay for their meal at Mercer Kitchen.
However, they were ‘extremely apologetic’ and immediately fronted the $33 bill on top of a $7 tip.
Singer accused Blaine, who once appeared on Skins, may have embellished her account in a bid to increase her profile: ‘Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress. You no doubt concocted a fictionalised account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself.’
According to Page Six, the duo became annoyed after they were refused alcohol and left the restaurant. Blaine apparently chased the celebrity offspring down only to have an annoyed Kendall throw cash in her face.
