It’s the Cannes catwalk! Queen Cara Delevingne leads the charge of well-known models attending The Search premiere.

She was the centre of attention as she partied on Tuesday evening.

And once again all eyes were on Cara Delevingne as she headed up the models attending The Search premiere during the 67th Cannes Film Festival.

Making sure she stood out amongst her fellow fashionistas she wore a short frock, while Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lara Stone, Irina Shayk and Barbara Palvin all opted for long gowns.

Cara, who was seen enjoying lunch with model friend Aymeline Valade, earlier in the day made a quick change for the red carpet.

The 21-year-old looked sensational in strapless gold dress which caught the light as she strutted down the red carpet.

Fellow British model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley went for a longer option wearing a blue/ grey strapless gown, which was covered in sequins.

Looking incredibly glamorous she wore her hair styled in waves to one side of her neck, with chandelier earrings on show.

Lara Stone, who is married to David Walliams, also turned heads looking inspired by a Barbie doll wearing a hot pink dress with an symmetrical strap.

Her blonde hair was full of flowing hair extensions that added to her radiant red carpet look.

She was joined by Barbara Palvin who wore a white gown with a slight fishtail detail that looked amazing in contrast to Lara’s dress.

Not everyone got it right though- in particular Irina Shayk  who opted for a bizarre choice – a yellow hooded dress with a dramatic thigh high split.

Another star who didn’t quite hit the mark was Sharon Stone, who wore a black minidress which was low-cut with string ties.

With her hair pushed off her face and large shades on, she looked more like Brigiette Nielsen than a Hollywood movie star.

The film stars Berenice Bejo and sees her reunite with the director of The Artist, Michel Hazanavicius, in the follow up to his Oscar-winning silent movie.

A remake of Fred Zinneman’s 1948 film is set in the Second Chechen war and recounts, on a human scale, a powerful story of conflict told through four lives that will be brought together by a shocking twist of fate.

After his parents are killed in their village, a small boy flees, joining the flood of refugees where he meets Carole, a European Union delegation head and little by little, with her help, he will return to life.

At the same time, his elder sister Raïssa searches tirelessly for him amongst the civilian exodus.

Then there’s 20-year-old Kolia, a recent Russian Army recruit who gradually becomes overwhelmed by the daily life of wartime.
