She has made no secret of her shock at being axed from her role as host on Dancing With The Stars.
And now Brooke Burke-Charvet has called into question the suitability of her replacement – 36-year-old sportscaster Erin Andrews.
The 42-year-old told E: ‘I’m not sure they made the right choice. I won’t get into that.’
However she soon righted herself, and attempted to put a palatable spin on losing her lucrative role on the hit ABC show by insisting she had gone as far as she could, despite Tom Bergeron being the show’s presenter through its whole nine year run.

Brooke added: ‘I’m so fortunate that my fans are so loyal and supportive and, you know, I have no hard feelings.
‘I wish them all a huge success, but I think I did everything I could do in the ballroom and I think it was a good time to move on.’
Brooke first appeared on the show as a contestant, winning season seven with Derek Hough, before replacing Samantha Harris as a cohost three seasons later.
It is now three months since she was forced to admit she would not be returning to the show, a development she labelled a ‘shocking elimination’ at the time.

Sources said she had no idea she was in the firing line, with TV bosses informing her of her fate on the same day the news was made public.
However she has been quick to put on a brave face, insisting: ‘I feel good about it. I mean, I’m excited about this time and change and I’m really committed to doing something creative and, you know, being free from that ABC contract now allows me to do anything. So that’s a really great feeling.
‘I think I left at the right time. I didn’t understand the way they did it, but I understood the need for change.’
Brooke has just launched a fitness line, as well as teaming up with Popsicle to compile a guidebook of ‘rules’ on how to act like a child.
Erin meanwhile has won acclaim for her more probing interview style in her debut season, which ends on Tuesday.
